There is not much of a point to this other than an excuse to post another cute picture of our dogs.
But since you’re already here, I suppose it’s a good time as any to tell you a little bit about the commercial I filmed recently. We got to be on the basketball floor at the Vivint Arena, home of the Utah Jazz.
Another really fun actor and I played janitors looking at a company logo on the court and taking guesses what they do. The other actor was Bryson Alejandro, and he is hilarious and was super fun to work with, as was the whole crew.
Can you believe, dear reader, that it is already November? 2020 and 2021 seemed to crawl along at a such a sluggish pace but this year has made up for the lag by cruising past with the pedal firmly on the floor. Buckle up, i guess.
Oh, and I’ve started quilting. You read that right. Total novice over here but having fun. Let’s see how this goes – if things turn out well I suppose that will update worthy. My favorite part so far has been going to the local sewing store and seeing the looks on the employees’ faces when telling them that I’m interested in learning to make quilts.
Six more years. That’s what I have left on my debt-slavery tab also known as Public Service Loan Forgiveness. There is no way I will manage that at my current job and so finding another is an absolute must. Fingers and toes are crossed and knocking on all the wood I can find. There are some openings out there – but it does little to give me hope and instead raises my anxiety.
But who can complain? Not me. Life is good. As long as I choose to see it that way.
